Rowton was formed in 2008 by Steve Bradshaw on the back of twenty years of IT experience working in the IBM Business Partner community.
At the heart of the company, is a core idea of providing personalised IT services by skilled professionals for clients who are tired of call centres, web forums and anonymous third parties.
Our company ethos is to help you solve your IT problem as quickly and as painlessly as possible. Then, where possible, to go on to implement a change that will prevent this issue or a similar one from happening again.
We pride ourselves on being able to explain complex issues, in simple terms and to make the client feel that they are part of the solution not the cause of the problem.
Rowton has selected a number of Best of Breed partners, where appropriate we join with them to seamlessly offer an integrated solution. To simplify the commercial terms, we can handle the purchase and resale of such third party components as such Rowton will help to reduce the cost to our customers by (where appropriate) taking margin, commission or cash back on such sales.

Rowton takes a holistic approach to support. Our engineers support the entire IT estate from the environmental monitoring through
networking and storage to the server hardware and operating systems that run on them.
We specialise in IBM i but our skills cover a number of other platforms allowing us to offer a one stop shop for all
our clients IT needs.
We know our customers hate having IT issues, so we work proactively to monitor and support their systems, often fixing
the issue before our client knew it had even occurred.
